I was a desperate skeptic who ordered the down to ground mattress cover thinking, oh well, I’ve got nothing to lose but a little money. I had been waking up, up to five times nightly with terrible leg cramps, and nothing was helping me, not oral magnesium, not topical magnesium, not Arnica tablets, not a potato at the foot of my bed.! After four nights I was only waking up once a night and then it all stopped and I was sleeping through the night. After finally getting some restful sleep, I went out of town for two nights without my mattress pad. Lo and behold the cramps came back, and I got no sleep. As soon as I returned home to my bed, once again I slept like a baby with no cramps. What the heck, this thing is amazing.
It took a few weeks to feel the difference, but there is a difference. I am sleeping longer and feeling more rested.

Definitely noticing an improvement. I have had a problem sleeping for years having to get up numerous times in the night to go to the bathroom & then struggling to go back to sleep, sometimes only getting 3-4 hours. Now I am getting at least 8 hours, only getting up a couple of times in the night & falling asleep again immediately. I’m very impressed, & have so much more energy during the day, not needing to catnap in the afternoon & much more energy & vitality.
Noted within a couple of nights, sleeping greatly improved. Not waking every time I turn, and i am waking fresher. Too soon to say if this is from the Grounding Sheet, but first impressions are very positive.

I love these sheets. They are so soft and comfortable. They don’t heat up like other sheets. And they only drawback is I wanted a full set and all they had was the fitted.
