Down To Ground – Return & Refund Policy

At Down To Ground, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn’t what you expected, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Products must be unused, in resale condition, and in original packaging (including tags, accessories, and specialty packaging).

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products.

A photo of your item must be submitted for approval before shipping your return.

Returns must include valid proof of purchase.

Your Rights as a Consumer

As a consumer, you have certain rights, warranties, guarantees and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Nothing in this Return Policy seeks to limit those rights where the goods or services we are providing do not meet any applicable consumer guarantees. Refunds & Store Credit

Discounted & BOGO items:

    • Orders using a BOGO offer, final sale discount, or promotional code (above 25%) are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
    • If a BOGO product is returned, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the full-price value of the remaining product.

To keep our costs fair for all customers, change-of-mind returns will incur a small 10% handling fee.

Original shipping costs, tips, and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval and may take up to 15 business days to appear in your account.


 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective/faulty products).

All returns must include a tracking number to ensure proper processing.


 

Exchanges

We strongly encourage exchanges over refunds.

First exchange = Free outbound shipping (customer covers return shipping).

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.


 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@downtoground.co within 5 days of receipt with photos/videos.

We will replace or refund the product at no cost to you.

If required, we will cover return shipping for faulty products.


 

Grounding Guarantee

We guarantee that Down To Ground products will connect your body to the Earth’s energy. If your product or socket is not grounding properly after testing, contact us at support@downtoground.co and we will assist you.


 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

*Down To Ground products connect the body to the Earths energy. We guarantee that connection. There is no guarantee as to how an individual may respond to Earthing and Grounding once that connection is made. Down To Ground products are not a substitute for medical treatment. Individual results of grounding may vary.
