I’ve had my grounding sheets for about a month now and I swear by them….. my pain in my legs and knees went away in a matter of days. Inflammation in my knees is gone and everything felt good.
Well I went on vacation and was going to take it with me but didn’t, cause I was afraid I would forget it where I was at.
I so wish I would have brought it. My third day on vacation, I had so much a getting out of bed. My knees hurt so bad and I walked funny till I got my body moving. With the grounding pad I am able to get out of bed with no pain or slumped over cause of the inflammation in my knees.

I had never heard of Grounding Sheets up until a few months ago.

In the 3 weeks or so that I have been using it, my sleep has improved and now when I get up of a morning I’m basically pain free.

In the past week I have started sleeping directly on the sheet and I have found even more improvement to how I feel.

I was hopeful, skeptical and surprised I do feel the difference after sleeping on the grounding sheet. I have less inflammation in my legs and I am sleeping better. I recently learned about the importance of grounding and since I grew up never going barefoot, it is not natural for me and I have an aversion to doing it. I sleep well anyhow, but the first night with this I went into a much deeper sleep, definitely felt that. Now it is addressing my inflammation and I am waking up at 2-3 to pee, which is another benefit. I eat very healthy but was born with allergies, so my inflammation is a big concern. I am 65 and it is never too late to improve your health. Buy This!!!
