    Surprisingly Effective!

    I had my doubts, but figured it couldn't hurt to try a grounding mat... imagine my surprise when I realized the positive effects of grounding!
    I did not tell my husband when I first put the mat on the bed. On the very first night, when he went to bed well before I did, I noticed that this man (who usually snores like a freight train) was barely making a sound! That same night, I slept trhough the night for the first time in several months, and woke feeling better than usual.
    In the month that we've had the mat, I've noticed that my constant sciatic pain has almost vanished. My husband barely uses the sports massager on what was once his very sore hip. We both also sleep through the night so much better!
    I have recommended this grounding mat to a couple of friends, and will be recommending it to many, many more.

    My Experience with the Grounding Sheet

    I am absolutely over the moon with my grounding sheet! Before heading to Spain for Christmas and New Year, I slept on it for a week, and the difference was remarkable. Naturally, I took it with me on my trip, but I was disappointed when the earth tester gave a reading indicating that the plug socket by the bed wasn’t earthed.

    To double-check, I asked an electrician who was fixing the electric gate to confirm the socket was properly earthed, and he assured me it was. During the few days I couldn’t use the grounding sheet, I noticed my backache starting to return. The moment I put the mat back on the bed, the relief was immediate—I could feel the difference straight away.
