Needless to say… I was impressed. Sizing was perfect, true to size. I went with the black and white and find they look good with all my outfits. A busy mom, on my feet running around all day and no longer struggle with soreness or swelling in my feet and legs.

I've been wearing the Ground 1's for a couple months now, and when I say they are the absolute best sneakers I've ever worn I'm not joking! They are so lightweight and I can tell whenever I wear them that they are good quality. The grounding benefits have been amazing! I struggle with foot pain and I found out it's because of inflammation, so having these to help reduce that inflammation has been life changing. My feet don't hurt anymore when I'm walking around even for hours on end. I come home at the end of a long day on my feet, and where normal shoes would have made my feet sore and swollen, these don't at all! I also like working out in them because it helps with my recovery. Highly recommend to anyone who has to be on their feet for their job, does a lot of walking/running, or deals with foot pain or swelling issues.

I’ve slept grounded for a year now and felt so many benefits, so I decided to increase my time being grounded by getting the shoes to wear throughout the day. My legs have felt so much lighter and not achy anymore. I have lipoedema so I’m prone to swelling and inflammation in my legs and ankles and wearing the shoes regularly has really improved this for me. I’m delighted that a simple switch to different shoes has helped my symptoms.

I was hesitant about ordering shoes online but I was blown away at just how perfect these were for my feet. Not only are they cute and go with any outfit but I’ve really noticed the difference in back tightness. Areas of my body that used to hurt don’t anymore. Seriously amazed.

Never had to break them in, Amazing the are so light I am calmer when wearing them and my legs never get heavy or feel tired my brother and sister in law who have them now have said exactly the same thing.
