Wipe clean only (don't machine wash)
Black mattress cover, pillow cover and grounding mat are made from carbon-infused PU leather. Machine washing damages the conductive material. Wipe them with water and a damp cloth at least once a month.
White mattress cover
The white cover is a fabric blend, so it feels more like a sheet. It can be gently washed when needed, but not too often. Use a mild soap and make sure it's fully dry before using it again.
Machine washable
Grounding fitted sheets, bamboo fitted sheets, grounding blanket and pet mat can go in the washing machine:
- use the lowest setting
- use a neutral detergent
- keep them out of direct sunlight when drying
These steps protect the conductive silver threads.
Avoid on all products
Steaming, ironing, tumble drying and harsh cleaners. Wait at least an hour after applying oils, creams or lotions before using your product.
How long do grounding products last?
Typically 2–3 years, depending on how often you use them, how often they're cleaned and the environment they're used in. Fitted sheets lose conductivity faster because they're washed more often. A well-cared-for mattress cover can last much longer.
